Well furnished and clean place of mountain. Its a queen of Himachal Pradesh. People are very kind too . Roads are well maintained double lanes. Huge parking with multistory building. Mall road is a place to visit to get a glance if mountains . Don’t forget to take your winter gears and umbrella along . Raining is very frequent even in sunny weather . You can accommodate hotels with parking . Many food outlets are there from all india. U can get all kind of food.

It's a Wildlife Sanctuary with a major objective of providing hydrological ecosystem services to Shimla city. Marked by dense deodar and oak forests, the sanctuary is an example of nature's beauty. A walk through the forest road leads to good view points. It's peaceful, with lots of birds around. The Forest Department provides cycle on rent for those interested in cycling along the forest path for about 7 km. It's a must visit place in Shimla for only those people who are genuine nature lovers.

A beautiful, relaxing and calming reserve. Good to visit during the summers to have a great natural air conditioning, breathe in some really fresh, clean air... soothing and calming for the eyes and all the senses... worth visiting to admire the beauty of Himalayan mountains...
