When we were asked for hotels we chose luxury catagory and paid extra money per person, though the room view was a wall. When we complaint about it, agent blamed us for that. Everyday in the evening when we come back to hotel being exhausted after a long day we used to call the agent as the driver wasnt having any idea about the places mentioned in package. Driver himself wasn't aware about the payment system he keeps asking us for money , in the beginning agent told us to pay some amount at the end of the trip, but it was so conflict between driver and tourists we couldn't resist to pay to driver green holidays agent scammed us even for atal tunnel too. In short they are not so professional so choose your tour planner thinking and reviewing twice

Worst service ever!
They don't have chain system with their team, even driver don't know which tourist point is mentioned in the itinerary, after providing details from ourside he said us company didn't deal me for this places.

Also they mentioned atal tunnel and its compulsory to take permission from government to reach there, though company better know about this rules and how they managed this scam, we are on the way of tunnel and the police stopped us at check post that you can't go, meanwhile driver lied with us that atal tunnel is closed due to bad atmosphere.
So my friends if you want to feel hassle during trip then you don't need to go on holidays you can also get your hassle from your daily routine because everyday we argued with company regarding driver, hotel service, pre payment.

Very poor management they have no knowledge about himachal tourism terms

Only fake promises, they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction there only concern is money-making

Please do not book any packages that they're providing.
