We went this hotel after booking from agoda. I have my family with me booking reconfirmed by the hotel 3.00 PM denied the booking when reached to the hotel. Its very difficult to go at this hotel. Its in the village, no body knows about.
Reception man is rude as per him they dont work with agoda from 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm i wasted my time to find this hotel. 10 to 11 struggling with them to find his location his phone never works no reply on WhatsApp. Its worst experience of my life.
Then rude reply from the hotelier as per their lower staff room given to someone else. Not recommended to any one. Nobody can reach to it. Agoda is also the culprit as they still showing in on the top.
