I will not suggest this hotel to anyone. The service is pathetic and the hotel location is also 3kms from kasauli main market. Check what I'd experienced in below bullets
* I checked-in hotel and there was no water in bathroom for approx. 2 hours (staff kept saying that it will resolve in 10 mins). Imagine after a long journey to reach a hotel with no water.
* Room was not clean. So much of dust on bed. Broken cupboard. Pillow covers were inside out. No soap, shampoo, or towel until asked.
* Strict timing of ordering food. Also, they say that breakfast items are not available in lunch/dinner like parathas, maggi or tea. If something is not available they told me at last moment and I asked for alternate item they refused saying that its closing time for kitchen.

I check-out the next day and if I compare the price and service of other hotel, it was far-far better than this

Don't book a room they have a pathetic service and you have to pay for every basic thing that's available in any other hotel

The hotel is not even worth 1 star but have to do to proceed with the posting.

Booked a hotel for my Female staff and when checked in the door were so weak like anyone can break in, there were no heater in the rooms, flush was not working, no towels were kept in the rooms, rooms were not hygienic, when asked for a refund the owner said its not his look out if we don't like the service and he wont refund the amount even after deducting one night stay.
I paid him 32k + gst.

He was saying its not his lookout if the hotel is in such a state and he was expecting a lady to stay in a hotel where she was up all night because of safety reasons.

The owner is response was if a person booked a room in his hotel and stays for 15 min and didn't liked it he's not responsible to refund the money says do whatever you want don't call and speak to me.

Agreed with others there is no service before 8 AM food qaulity is not good SERVICE IS VERY POOR but owner behaviour is good
