The owner really (literally) lives up to his name. The most MAKKAAR (deceitful) person I have ever come across. Liar and cheat of the highest order, when a customer enters the black hole of a shop that he runs, he will literally fall on his knees to sell you his stuff. Once he has your money then he dons an entirely different avatar. Avoid this cheat like the plague. With all due apologies to honest shopkeepers….. This man is a living example of BAZAARU AADMI BAAZAARU HI HOTA HAI…. Bikau

My parents took our golden retriever today to this salon and they are completely drained out and frustrated with the kind of service salon has provided. Such pathetic service. There was not enough staff so my dad and mom had to take turns holding our baby for 4 hours. Their 4 trimmers stopped working during the service and the shop owner went to his home to get his trimmer, I am not even sure if it was sanitized.

When I confronted the owner he said our sweet baby was agressive. When I asked him to define agression he said that she was moving a little while the service was going on. The staff was supposed to hold our dog and provide the service but instead my mom and dad had to take part and they are old so got very tired. They weren't even asked for water.

If there was an option of negative rating, I would surely do it. My parents and baby dog were not treated nicely.
They are very unprofessional in their job.

Be cautious if you choose their service for your loving pet.

Took Nike for grooming. He's 13 and was really fussy but the staff were very patient with him. Friendly and accommodating staff. Also met Ashish Makkar who was very polite and courteous. All in all a great experience. Thank you!
