Amazing space. Ayelet is an exceptional teacher who transmits with passion and depth the knowledge of yoga. I did not know this branch and it has fascinated me. If you want to go deeper in the understanding of your body with commitment and discipline I recommend it 100%. The intensive course was a transformative experience and great learning for me, not only for the body but for the mind and balance we are looking for. thank you Varun and Ana too, great teachers, a pleasure to learn with you ✨????

A great yoga studio for practicing Iyengar yoga! I really enjoyed my classes here and improved my asanas a lot in a short time.
The founder and main teacher Ayelet is very professional and dedicated to yoga, she for sure knows what she is doing! Highly recommended !!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I started to practice with Ayelet in April for drop in classes. I have practice Iyengar before but many years ago. I was very impressed with Ayelet’s teachings and felt the immediate change in my body. I am suffering from lower back for many years. Her teachings are very precise.
The knowledge she has it’s amazing and the way she explains and is giving adjustments are professional and knowledgeable.

I also joined her 5- day Intensive course. The course was very well structured. She did the course with another great Iyengar teacher and one person for adjusting. This created a very save and professional space.

I can highly recommended Ayelet’s classes at Mountain View Studio.
The studio is well equipped, clean with a beautiful view.

Thank you Ayelet for guiding me back to Iyengar yoga, improving my own practice and my teachings.
