Me and my family stayed at hotel silver oak Hotel rooms and washrooms was neat & clean . Food was excellent. Rooms had all facility that we need. View was very nice..It is family hotel. U feel safe and secure in hotel. Staff is very helpful. Overall excellent hotel. I recommend to all the visitor to stay at hotel.

Owner is good and friendly but what you expect and what you get is little different. Why they have different packages for different booking i don't know. They called my group for dinner and next morning said you should not take breakfast and dinner. When I am ready to pay your dinner and breakfast charges why your staff asking me not to take dinner or breakfast?☺️
Mr. Rana, please hire some hotel management trainer to train your staff. The situation could have been handled in better a way. Owner should have taken the lead and explain the package and options to upgrade package instead of denying services.

This hotel is 8-9km away from Dalhousie. You won't get parking space. If there are two other big cars/SUVs, your car might have to park on chamba highway. Please work on improved parking space.
View is awesome. If you get rooms having terrace then it is good.
