Location just perfect & very near to the centre of city bazaar. The rooms are bit old construction & not so much clean but has all the facilities. Staff is very humble & helpful. When we went there the hotel was completely in the snow & we were well received on reception. Restaurant is very good & has superb view while eating. Only issue is the waiting time after order & the subsequent order. They have very good verities of food & the food is also delicious but after one order they just denied for next item we requested due to lots of orders in queue but this was the case both the nights we ate there.

Went for 2019 New Year's Celebration..
Pros:
1. Awesome Valley's View.
2. Long spacious Balconys.
3. Quick room service.
4. Welcoming Staff.

Cons:
1. No Non-vegetarian food.
2. No proper air-conditioning in room, we had 2 degree centigrade in the room.
3. They were asking ₹400 for a day for Room heater i.e. a small hot air blower.
4. Limited food Items available from the menu.
5. Old furniture and basic washrooms with the oldest ever seen water heater.
6. Even after having a very good mountain view area they have not maintained the hotel in any sense, all the plants are dead and everything is like a ruined place...
