Hotel is a Little far from the main city. But it lies on the main road and has a valley view on one side.
The staff is sweet and courteous.
Mostly all the rooms are occupied on all days
The rooms are big and clean. They have an air conditioner too.
It gets super cold during the winters and you can ask for a heater ( charges extra but minimal around 300 per day)
They serve food in the room as the dining down is very small.
But the food is good and decent. We were two of us and it was always extra than what we could eat.

"Pluto tours worlds holiday pvt Ltd. company"
Misguided and mismanaged package booked ever. Don't book with this company. You loose the good options.
Very far from the city,
Not so good,
only staff trying better to serve.
No much choice on food.
One can easily find better option near city to enjoy trip.

Don't stay in this hotel with your family. Food is hygienic.
very bad experience in this hotel. "Pluto tours worlds holiday pvt Ltd. company" is very Froud so please don't book this package for this company. Miss Shivani behavior is not good she is very rude. She don't have the manners to talk. she is unprofessional. She don't know how to handle customer.
