I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and i must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the extraordinary culinary experience offered at hotel. Hotel is centrally located right across Bus Stand. But there is a little Trek on foot to reach the hotel which doesn't go well with few tourists. Hotel has a heritage wing which is more than a hundred years old and it very well brings that heritage vibe. The view from many rooms in general and specifically from heritage wing is simply stunning. Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable. They even provided heated mattresses which was very soothing in winters. Restaurant had live music with dinner which made it more enjoyable. Overall ambience was very good and peaceful.

Views from Hotel and rooms are absolutely Grand and stunning giving uninterrupted mountain view..Serene and beautiful.

Service is top notch at all levels of staff
Owners are very courteous and helpful keeping personal touch with all guest during dining

Rooms and bathrooms are not so premium..need maintenance and too basic.

Approaching entry to hotel is a bit difficult on slope..they kept golf car for transporting guests..it's a bit unsafe for guest sitting behind in golf car.
