Elgin Hall is a hidden gem in Dalhousie,the 170 year colonial building has a rustic touch to it and the staff’s luminous smile welcomed us with great pleasure. Everything in the property is pleasing to the eye from the interiors to the sitting area near the fire place. Even the multiple sitting areas inside the building has a special touch to it. The food by Chef Mahinder was exceptionally delicious and to top it of the hospitable services from Anil and Ashoke made our experience much more delightful. Surely recommend and can’t wait to visit this boutique property again.

Elgin Hall is the perfect abode for a scenic hilly experience of Dalhousie. Located in the midst of lush green hues and adorned with an old British style decor, it is a must-visit for mountain lovers. The staff, led by Mr. Vicky is warm and hospitable and adds to the rustic charm of this alcove. Do give it a visit for a relaxing yet exquisite experience!

Visited this place to have lunch but the quality of food served was very poor. Food was tasteless and not as per the standards they are telling customers and not at all worth the price they are charging. I made the payment but no invoice was shared at that time to see how they charged? I had to follow up 2-3 times to get bill. I got my bill once I reached back home. Property is good and heritage but food is not upto the mark. I will never suggest anyone to have food their. I remember a proverb here that suits the best to them “unchi dukaan feeka pakwaan”.
