Though Hotel staff is decent, but after 2 Nights of stay out of 5 Nights I found that Hotel started cost cutting. 24 hours Running Hot water promise had gone away. It started after asking Front Desk 2 or 3 times in evening (called around 8 PM). Also, in Morning at 6 AM it was not there. During stay at mountains, it is a basic need.
Remaining things were very Good and at par of a 3 star Hotel. Though, the Prices were a bit higher instead of other Hotels available nearby. Food is Good. Cleanliness is also good. Pets are not allowed in this Hotel.

One major thing missing here as a 3 star Hotel is Driver's Lounge.

Very bad experience with the hotel. they charge like 5 star property, food quality is very poor and pathetic. This review is not for the sake of writing a review but to warn the other people to not check in here. The services are zero compared to the Rs 10000 we paid per night.Stomach has been upset and the full family has been vomiting since we’ve been here. Please do not stay here if you want to have a good vacation with your family. Our trip is ruined, don’t ruin yours.

Great hotel and great staff.
View from the rooms is spectacular.
