The most impressive factor of this resort is the customer service. The staff is absolutely the best I have ever come across in any resort. Soft spoken, friendly and so well behaved with a customer first attitude. The owner gaurav is very friendly and is always there to cater to any customer requests. My daughter fell in love with the 2 dogs.. Julie and her pup. Now the biggest plus of this place.. Location and View from the room terrace. Unbelievable and speechless. Absolutely heaven. The rooms and washrooms are very clean equipped with all necessary supplies like heater, hot water. The rooms have a touch of antique wooden furniture. Gives the room a royal look and ambience. Keep up the good work and the customers will keep on returning. I will definitely recommend this resort to all my friends and whoever reads this review.

Had a super amazing stay at the resort. Everything was beyond perfect. The place where the resort is located adds icing on the cake. The host Gaurav, alongwith the other staff, is very friendly and soft spoken. Five stars for the quality and taste of food provided.

Awesome experience. Great views from the room. Owner Gaurav and his team are very friendly and welcoming. Food is tasty. 5/5 book without thinking twice. Place build out of passion.
