Such an amazing dhaba stopover on the way from chandigarh to shimla.
We sat outdoors as the weather was perfect, staff arrived immediately to take our orders and we had a fabulous treat of gorging on the ever popular delicious north Indian paranthas and chai. Absolutely delicious is the word for their food and super fast service. Also, they modified our order as per request and it was fabulous.
Clean place to wash your hands and overall a very clean place at the highway. The owner is also very cordial and ensures everyone goes back satisfied.
Do visit.

Amazing food and great service. Very reasonably priced right on shimla-Kalka highway.

We ordered aloo pyaz Paratha and mix Paratha and veg maggi and sweet lassi. Everything was really great. Parathas are smthing you can’t get wrong in That region.

Parking is available right outside. There is no AC though.

Definitely recommended.

We just had lunch at SAM foods . The food quality is average . Quantity of curries in thali is on lower side. The behaviour of the waiters and the owner was very weird and unprofessional . Along with other things , We had ordered a tawa parantha . They got a tandoori parantha and when we complained , they fried the same parantha and charged us 30 rs additional for the butter used for the same. When I protested the owner said I am only worried about the 30 rs - if the waiter did a mistake - let him pay or you should pay.
Very unapologetic and unprofessional and rude, would recommend no family to visit
