What are the roles and responsibilities of AAO in LIC?
u003du003e If you know about working of Probationary officer of a bank…then u have got ur answer but with one exception…here in LIC as Aao u need not to do any marketing. Simply, you will be made head of a department and given 2–3 staff to run it. No rocket science….u have to make the work done….delegate it to ur staff…if they don't do it.. You will have to. It's normal office job…which will let u feel bored after a year or two or even before. Because journey gives u real joy…not the destination .

As an AAO in branch office you are expected to be the head of departments like Finance & Accounts , Underwriting , Sales , Policy servicing department and you are required to oversee the functioning of the department by putting in place a system in which the clerical cadre posted in his department are put to optimum utilisation in getting the official work done in a systematic and smooth way.

Best but this place is located on very rare place because many people have difficulties to reach there, I think this place is located on main street like ambala road or kaithal road. So staff is very educated and nice. They always help who have need.
