I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of the material used, i observed in the shoes i recently bought.
My name is prince dhingra and i would state that i bought a pair of shoes from your panipat outlet on dated 20 july 2020.due to some technical fault i didn’t get the cheque for my purchase which was paid by paytm.the total billing amont paid was 3500, shoe amount was 1840, and after visiting your same store for lodging complaint they said that they will talk to senior about the complain and i left my shoe there, i visit them 3 to 4 times they told me same thing every time but now i visit them last week and they change the statement and said they cant do anything due to change in staff.
I regret informing you that a product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality,the sole of the shoe was torn apart in few days,being a regular buyer of your barnd’s product makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.
I request you you to kindly look in the matter and do the needful, i look forward to your quick and positive response.
