Very bad experience. Inexperienced staff that do not know basic colour shades.
Receptionist doesn’t understand basic concerns and can’t answer any query. Save your money and go to a local salon

I would like to recommend Look's Salon in Panipat solely because of Ajay. He comes with a wealth of experience and customer understanding. He used to manage the store earlier but very recently he started to provide salon services such as hair coloring, consulting, and haircuts, as well. I recently got myself a hair transformation that includes a complete change of my hair cut as well as color, and I was really pleased with his attention to details and diligence. If you are going to Looks in Panipat, ask for Ajay, and you won't be disappointed.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Looks Salon and feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon arriving at the salon, I was surprised to find that no one acknowledged my presence or informed me about the availability of a stylist. I patiently waited for 20 minutes without any indication of when someone would attend to me.

The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Looks Salon was disheartening. It's essential for any establishment to prioritize customer service, and unfortunately, Looks Salon fell short in this regard. The absence of basic courtesy in informing customers about wait times or offering assistance was quite disappointing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Looks Salon to others. The unprofessionalism I encountered during my visit was a major letdown, and I believe that better customer service should be a priority for any salon or business. I hope that Looks Salon takes this feedback constructively and strives to improve their customer experience in the future..
