I am writing this to beware people and to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent performance of Panasonic refrigerator, as well as terrible customer support provided by their team!! ????????????????????????????????

Lately, I bought a brand new refrigerator from their Panipat’s Panasonic Store i.e Talwar Electronics (Panipat, Haryana, India). Since day 1, cooling of refrigerator is not upto the mark! It’s not even freezing ice properly! The refrigerator fails to maintain the desired temperature consistently. It often fluctuates, resulting in the spoilage of perishable food items.

I've reached out to their customer service multiple times, but their response has been incredibly poor. ????????????

I had shared the real time images & videos of so called ice generated by refrigerator. It’s just creating a very thin layer in 6-7 hrs and rest of the bowl remains with water. Their team’s representatives have also visited my premises multiple times. Even after seeing the poor performance of refrigerator, they are claiming that it’s working properly. They just end up the conversation by saying, “It works on AI” or “Double door fridge usually give this issue”. Man, we are not using double door fridge for the first time ever! I have repeatedly explained the problems to their representatives, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive responses.

It is disheartening to experience such a lack of accountability and responsiveness from a reputed brand like Panasonic. As a customer, I expected better service and support in resolving my concerns. Instead, I find myself stuck with a defective appliance and a feeling of utter frustration. I’ve dropped multiple Emails to all main personalities of Panasonic. They’re not even responding! ????????????????

Should this matter not be addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to explore alternative options, including seeking legal remedies. Instead of accepting their mistake from last 5 months, they are even mentally harassing us!
I’m already done by explaining same issue to all Panasonic’s executives so today I’ve sent back Panasonic’s so called best refrigerator on Panasonic’s LG Best Shop - Talwar Electronics (Panipat, Haryana, India) Now, keep this fridge in your display and sell it by saying “It works on AI” and when customer will complain then end up the customer complaint by saying “It works on AI, we can’t do anything” ????????????????????????????

With this post, I want to spread awareness and save your valuable time & money!!! Don’t invest your hard-earned money in buying Panasonic Products!! This is the worst brand with terrible customer support service! ????????????????????????

I went to buy washing machine there but the sales person is not good. Firstly he will not tell you the features until you ask them , also , he will not show you any product if you mention that you are comparing with other brands as well.

Also , if you mention them about card offers he will question you how to know all about that , you must have visited any other store, etc.,etc.

Very bad experience. Will not visit there anymore.
