The guys working doesn't have manner how to talk and behave with costumer.
At times , they ignore me.
I have recently done service of my scooter from them and after that I'm facing many problems with my scooter.
When I tell them about issues in my scooter, they don't respond.
Very very poor service and talking sense.

Purchased Activa 125 Disc model from LK Honda Panipat on 17.11.2021. Dealer bring the old Amaron battery from their store full with dust ( Manufacturing date found as December 2020) and fit it in the vehicle. When pointed out the same to him, he says that the Honda not supply battery with the vehicle and they just only install it from their store. Activa started giving problem of self start just after 10 days of purchase. Battery going down time and again. Dealer not entertaining. They just charge the battery and again it goes down. Seems that they knowingly supplied the used battery and thats why they are not entertaining. Also dealer has not provided me any booklet/user manual with the vehicle. He has not filled any pre inspection report on delivery of vehicle. Better to opt for another dealer as l k honda is not loyal to the customers.

Worst experience....
AC not working in guest lounge.
Guest lounge is very dusty..
No one can offer water...
They guys don't have manner how to talk customer
