Managing staff is very rude, never attended wifi issues timely. They have many excuses for every new problem regarding the speed.
Maximum speed provided by them is 8-12 Mbps. Expansive plan for such a low budget wifi service.
Never recommended this to anyone.
They fraud by showing speed 15-20 Mbps in starting, but as time passes sab sach saamne a jata hai...

Never use this wifi service provider in eldeco estate, yamuna enclave and near by area in panipat, haryana. Speed is maximum upto 5-10 Mbps. Cost is too high just for 5-10 Mbps, service is very extremely slow. Customer care service is poor, use old router and receiver for installation, average of complaints raising in a month was 4-5 times. In my society, my friends also discontinued the service of this provider.

Install old and used router, service very poor. Never attend problems immediately, taking too much time for rectification.
Maximum speed provided by them is 4-8 Mbps.
Request to all not to waste money and time for this wifi provider, used jio fibre or BSNL fibre for good speed.

Recharge cost is very high for such a low speed network.
