It has been an absolute privilege for me to find this place as it has brought calm and stability to my very untidy life, my only regret would be to not have been able to find the art of living and Gurudev sooner in my life.
Meditation, yoga and sudarshan kriya are now an essential part of my day and will be so for years to come.
I can promise you only one thing here, you will always get more than you came for.

Similar to a roller coster ride,
Here's a glimpse of the beautiful journey inside,
This journey started a few days back,
Where I learned so many hack('s),
Hacks to recode entire body's system,
Let's share with you some,
Day 1 taught us the importance of belongingness,
All you need to feel comfortable at an unknown place is a little confess,
Day 2 we discovered the subtle energy,
If channelised properly it can actually prove to be a synergy,
Proceeding further with the learning,
I got to know that perspective holds deep meaning,
How a same thing/situation may vary,
Where one looks it as opposite and other as complementary,
Every moment is so pleasant,
Live to the fullest in present,
There's alot that I experienced in these 5 day program,
