1. Food: Uttapam was amazing but rava masala dosa was not upto the mark. Dahi vada was nice too but could have a better presentation
2. Service: Good. Service manager was nice and kept an eye on service
3. Ambience: Good ambience and spacious
4. Menu: Huge variety. I am impressed with their rava dosa variety
5. Pricing: Seems genuine as per ambience and location. However, I have no idea on pricing of similar restaurants
6. Hygiene: Very good

Suggestion: Be prepared to be surrounded by various kitty parties during lunch hours and a lot of noise from those party games. It was little difficult for us to find a quiet seating area

I visited this place last week the food was really good and on time as well but something which I didn’t like was the very very rude behaviour of senior staff towards junior staff. I literally saw a manager yelling at a waiter in front of everyone. When something like this happens It really kills the vibe and atmosphere of the place. I feel
you guys need to be more considerate towards the juniors. Please try to be more understanding and respectful.

Horrible experience
I would never recommend anyone to visit this food outlet in sector 9 Panchkula.
They made us wait 45 minutes - forgot to place our order and then when the food repeatedly arrived after fighting complaining with 6 individuals the dosa contained a very high amount of salt - which was not at all edible. Neither their beverage mix like soda was drinkable too sweet and salt made.
Really poor service
Treated us badly over all
Never come here it’s just a waste of time and money.
