This guy is a fraud. I cut the sediment filter which came with this machine and there was form inside instead of filter (see the pic). In carbon filter there was no carbon. In RO membrane, the membrane was missing. I doubt if the UV machine is working or if its dummy as well. Be ware of this guy. Don't come in his sweet talk. If you don't believe me cut the inline filters inside the machine and you will know by yourself.

I got my Kent RO checked and repaired by them. Servicemen was Raj. They provided all details to my queries. I am satisfied by their work. Problem I was facing: TDS 200+ and water was not having taste.
