The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. In three words professional, helpful and affective the instructors are informative always on hand to answer questions and the classes are very good big thank you to instructors.

Machines are good and trainers also train there members in proper condition. There is no issue of timings. Anybody can go at any time.Atmosphere is also good and all the members as well as staff member having nice nature and all behave in good manner. Trainers also give proper time to each n every member that a trainer is assigned to it. No member behaves in bad attitude towards other. Supporters also give their support when required. Music is also good. Results are also getting better. Owner(Mr.Vijay Raina)is also nice guide and has knowledge about everything.

Finally the tricity can have a world class experience in terms of relaxation n fitness. The best gym I've witnessed till now. The excellent equipment n learned trainers definitely know how to help you shape your dream body. The Spa n Massage therapy is also there to relax n refresh your body and rejuvenate your mind. There's no wonder, that this gym is a must join !!!!
