Dr. Rekha Gupta is very unprofessional. During her clinical hours, she is kept on meeting her guests and prioritising other unimportant things than her patients. I and My mother reached at the clinic for her checkup at 10 AM and her turn was on 4 in the queue. But, till 12:30 PM our turn didn’t come because she was busy roaming here and there and having tea all the time.

I took my mother to the doctor, so the doctor prescribed her for tests.There were 2 tests, both were sent to 2 different laboratories.1 Batra Sector 5 Pkl and 2nd Malhotra Sector 22.Because there is a doctor's commission in the laboratory.The Malhotras sector 22 harassed us so much that I cannot explain mentally and physically behind the report.The report which is available in the rest of the laboratory in 10 minutes, was not given to us even after 5 days.Called 100 times, visited him 10 times in a laboratory.His staff kept telling lie after lie again and again, the report will come now, then the report will come.And the situation of our patient was critical.These days all doctors love their commission not the life of the patient.please don't go there.Have to get the test done from somewhere and get it done, what difference does it make?If you get the test done from somewhere, the doctor does not agree with them.Anil sir please stop recommending these wrong laboratories.

Very unprofessional. Wastes time of public. Go on trip during clinic timings while patients keep waiting.
