I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I visited the shop at around 6:40 in the evening to order some food. The counter person assured me that I could pay Rs. 610 and that the food would be delivered to me as it would take some time to cook. I paid the bill, and it showed a delivery time of 7:00 PM, with a promise that the delivery would be done within 30 minutes.

However, the delivery boy went to the wrong address, causing a delay of more than one and a half hours. After repeated calls to the restaurant, the order was finally delivered to me at 8:35 PM. The restaurant informed me that there was an error in the bill and demanded an additional Rs. 120 for delivery. They assured me that the food would be fresh and not soggy despite the delay.

When I received the order, I found that the entire package was totally soggy and not in an edible condition. The Pavs, pakodas, and tikkis were extremely soggy, and only the noodles were in a condition that could be eaten. I immediately texted the restaurant, but they offered to refund the cost of only two pavs, which I found extremely insulting.

After heated arguments on WhatsApp, I even offered to return the food and receive a partial refund, but they declined the offer. They did, however, admit their fault and offered a 25% discount. But at this point, I had lost my trust in the restaurant and felt they were indirectly forcing their customers to eat spoiled, soggy, indigestible, and nauseating food.

I am now planning on approaching the Ministry of Consumer Affairs to report this issue. In my opinion, restaurants like this should not be allowed to operate, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant at all costs. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would give them the lowest possible rating.

Chaat Puchka is perfectly placed in the Famous MDC Market amongst the multiple Housing Board Societies. They give hygienic Comfort Food at very affordable prices in comfortable AC Seating. It's a true value for Money. No wonder they have regular rush and customers on all days. Totally worth the Money. ????????

We went to this place and it's really clean and pretty. The location is great. The service was quick and the management was eager to know the feedback.
We ordered Alootikki burger, kullhad Pizza, bhala and puchka. The pizza was delicious and full of cheese and veggies and so was the burger but other items could have been much better.
But it's great to have an eating joint at this location. I recommend this place for a casual chit-chat-chomp.
