A good initiative for women fitness. Well equipped gym and having expert trainers with motivation skills which can help us to achieve our goals. Trainers try their best to motivate the clients by imparting different types of workout i.e. power yoga, aerobics, cardio, circuit & functional training etc so u r not gonna get bored with same workouts.

This is the best gym in Kurukshetra !!
Me and my sisters joined it for 3 months and we lost 8 kgs.
