Highly unprofessional as they prefer doing personal stuff during visiting hours such as getting air conditioning fixed, guiding construction workers etc.
As children can become impatient,I had to wait 45 minutes just to have my daughter vaccinated and even after asking multiple times when doctor will arrive, the staff said he will be coming soon.
Not satisfied with the hospitality that is being served but I would like to appreciate the old lady who weighs the baby and also guard uncle at the door, they both are very generous but apart from that I am highly dissatisfied.

Today I am very happy as I am blessed with a baby boy. I like the infrastructure as it is patient- centric and about the services it is good. Nursing staff is very cooperative and Drs. are also highly knowledgeable and cooperative.
