Worst staff..rude behaviour nd incompetent...most of reviews are fake done by their employees...lenovo should take action against the low service provided by this center

Horrible experience ...faced lot of issues and harrassment from the lenovo customer care karnal center...the employee named vikram singh is unprofessional and makes false promises..he misbehaves and treats customers as if he is doing a charity by servicing their ....as vikram and the center are incapable, would advise others to get their laptop service from other center or report any misbehaviour to higher management
