I have ordered white forest but there was jam instead of cream. Cake was pathetic and was not fresh.

I purchased its blueberry cheesecake slice. And it was PATHETIC in taste... The base so so hard and cream cheese was very very bad. And its cakes are also extremely POOR IN TASTE

Foul Taste of Products with Rude owner.

I got a box of chocolate tart as a gift and its taste was PATHETIC... The tart tasted like orange medicine with smell of fungus in the chocolate... The owner confidently stated that it was not possible and asked for pictures to refund.

However, I threw the entire box at that time. It was not only about the money but the value of the product for the amount that we are paying and customer satisfaction that matters, specially in the food industry.

I also found their products to be overpriced. The owner did not take the feedback positively and hung up the call while I was talking.

WILL NEVER PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN WITH THEM & WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY !!!!
