Most important division , specially if you are b tech guy. , Research on various dairy products formulation & development. Experimental dairy is also under them where we as a student learn to make various dairy products: khoa, barfi, pindi,kalakand,gulabjamun,rasgulla,paneer, various types of cheese and ice cream, utilisation of dairy by products and food products also. A part of it is dedicated for food technology and business development unit comes under it.
Classroom for b tech is also in this section in 1st floor.
