Yesterday I went to buy cottage cheese(Paneer) from them. Upon tasting the paneer post reaching home, I literally felt like vomiting and felt almost like synthetic paneer.

As per your response, I agree this wasn't expected from such a good brand. In-fact, I have tried your butter a couple of times and its one of the best. But the paneer was really something else. Having tasted paneer this bad leaves a psychological scar, which is hard to heal. I hope you understand that.
When paneer goes bad it kind of becomes sour, which is understandable. But the thing, that I tasted didn't feel like paneer at all.

I would leave it upto you now to figure out, what might have gone wrong. May be a problem in your supply chain somewhere, some foreign substance creeped in that particular batch of cottage cheese etc.
I hope this was an isolated incident and such things don't happen in future.

One of the oldest dairy of karnal. They have maintained the products quality by now. Products are always fresh and rates are very reasonable. You can get ice-cream also.

One of the best in the dairy industry. They have expanded to the entire north India and now growing a bit faster. They've got the quality products and I really liked it all. I've recently tried ice cream and few other products like dahi. I really liked it all. I'll highly recommend Bharti Dairy products.
