I have to give them one star because there is no option for 0 , we bought three dresses for my wife from kurukshetra store and one dress we had to return because we were not happy with that and when we went to return it, manager told us we can not exchange it because new stock came now, as a customer I paid money for the item we were not asking them anything free, we wanted to exchange our item but still they were not agree, I was happy to pay the item difference also but they have no idea how to treat customer, I don’t know what kind of store is this where manager is hopeless to take any decisions, I had to left unhappy from there even I spent good amount money, I don’t recommend anyone to shop there, think twice!
