Was a part of this gym for 7-8 months back in 2020/2021. It was my first gym experience. I had the most amazing trainers there. . So enthusiastic environment. The trainers would do their best to push my boundaries. The zumba class was so fun that i waited to be a part of it. Looking at other women in the gym would provide extra motivation to work out. Rajat sir had the best routine and diet set for each one in the gym. Left Kaithal at 2021 and joined 2 gyms thereafter but i consider this gyming experience the best of all.

All equipment are well working and environment of gym is too comfortable for everyone...all credit goes to head trainer ❤️
