I run a small business and I'm doing courier from here for at least 2-3 years, they always provide me good service

The incharge here doesn't know how to treat customers. He is too arrogant and doesn't take any responsibility.

Once I send my office laptop to Bangalore. I have done the insurance also and while taking insurance he told company take full guarantee for the laptop that it will reach safely and in dame condition.

My laptop reached to Bangalore in damaged condition and after enquiring with him he told company only take responsibility of reaching goods.

Someone should tell him that m paying the courier fees to make it reach to the destination and m paying for insurance so that it will reach in one piece.

But he misbehaved and said we can't do anything.

This is the worst DTDC branch I have ever interacted with. They neither have any mobile number on their website to contact them nor do they call the recipient whenever they make the delivery and they themselves update in the tracking details that the person was not available in the mentioned place.... They create unnecessary .headaches for the customers.. DTDC should close such branches or franchise. Totally Dis-satisfied. I rate them as minus 5 star.
