Hands down ???????? to the best yoga in the city. Wonderful teacher, comfortable space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. At the end of every class you will feel a sense of relaxation and peace????.I’ve never felt stronger, more in-tuned with my mind and body or as centered☺️.
Highly recommend their classes, which has become one of the things I had felt in past days .

Hello there, my name is Simran and I am 22 years old. For a long period, I am suffering from stomach aches, I took off from many Doctors even a specialist Doctor, and all my test reports are ok nothing could be found disappointing but still my stomach was in discomfort. Then the doctor suggested doing yoga gives me the benefits and prevents me from pills. Then I went to Dr.Shyonand and he found the real problem, with 2 weeks of naturopathy treatment
I feel better and my stomach pain reduce.
