I have recently joined aerobics with shape up slimming center and I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. My trainer is really awesome and helpful, she make you feel really comfortable. The 1 hour aerobics session goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I have seen changes in myself in just few days ❤️Thank you Mam for your help and kind nature ???? .one of the best aerobics studio ????

Hey guys, shape up is not only best slimming centre but it gives perfect shape to your body. Dimple ma'am is so much experienced.She not only provides physical fitness but also focus on our mental health by boosting us. The best part is u can see results only in one week. So must visit????????????

Happy place for me ????Dimple mam always take care for your fitness level you're at. I really like how she give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been already seeing a big change in my energy levels .
