Very Very Bad service experience. Took my scorpio N for its 10000km service at 9.10am. Was told I will get the car by 12.30 noon. So I waited at their customer lounge. At every mechanic/ Bay i had to tell them to move my car forward. My car was at the alignment bay for 45 mins after it was done, kept telling the service advisor Satish to hav it sent for washing. But when it was sent they went for lunch. After lunch my car went for wash but the washing and cleaning was rery bad. Washing foreman was no where had to get it done myself. Finally after getting my car cleaned myself...I got delivery of my vehicle at 4pm. Will not recommend Supreme mahindra to anyone. Get your cars serviced at Sirsa. best was they switched off the generator during lunchtime. No AC in the customer lounge.

Greedy!!
Unfair bill they generate and then correct the same once customer oppose the same.

Be genuine please

Pathetic service experience. Poor staff. They promised to hand over my car in 3 hrs but took 8 hrs and that too after my involvement with mechanics. I have to personally engage myself with mechanics to resolve problems of vehicle
