It was a Very Bad Bad experience at Mahindra Hisar. I booked Mahindra Scorpio . Gave 30000 rs for booking.
Due some reason I had to cancel my booking and requested them to cancel my booking for same. Booking was cancelled after 2 days only and delivery was expected on dhantares.
They said they will deduct Rs2100 from my booking which is totally wrong and they also said said that u will get ur refund in 2 to 3 weeks.
I always call them regarding my refund they never updated me.
After a wait of around 4 weeks they texted me that we had put your respective refund cheque in your account.
AGAIN, I called them so many time that I didn’t got my refund please look into bank account very very unprofessional behaviour from MAHINDRA HISAR.
Now they gave me a GOOD EXCUSE THAT CHEQUE IS RETURNED FROM BANK BECAUSE THE SIGNATURE MISMATCH.
I want to ask a simple question from the person who sign is this the way u deal with your customers. Next time please be careful while signing cheque.
My second question to owner any reason behind deducting 2100rs from my booking amount. Is there any law which clarifies it ?
Now it’s my simple request to Mahindra Hisar. Please return my booking amount 30000rs as soon as possible.
Again for your information one of my friend had Booked Škoda Slavia from Hisar and he gave 10000 rs on booking but on cancellation they returned his full money within 15 days.
If they are not deducting any money why u guys are deducting 2100 rs.
Please clarify.

Worst service and staff i have ever experienced in my life .Never ever think of buying a car from this showroom rather buy from anywhere else .
