I signed up for the yoga classes at Hisar Yogshala. It was my first exposure to yoga, and it has been a very satisfying experience. The teachers here are gentle, inspiring, and committed to giving you the finest results, and the teaching quality is great. The perfect combo of meditation, stretching, and workout. At the end of every class, you feel a sense of relaxation and peace. I also lost a few extra inches thanks to it. Hands down, the best yogshala in the city!

The class is really good, a good workout and also very relaxing. My balance and strength have improved. It has reduced stress and helped me relax.
Gorav sir is a very good instructor, he knows how to balance the class so it's neither too easy nor too difficult.
