1. The booking was made for my brother's marriage which was completed on 04/11/2022.  However my experience with them is one of the worst of my life with any associates  I ever had.

2. Unfortunately, they were unprofessional and rude in behaviour (especially Mr. Irani).  I gave them time to reach my destination for photography but the team reached my location late by 2 hours.  And when I talked to them, instead of accepting their mistake and saying sorry, they started explaining why they were late.  This shows how unprofessional they are in the business.  Mr. Irani was talking like we are getting the work (photography) done for free.

3. As my function was at night, so Mrs. Vigya covered up things by saying that her team was present there by late night (till 0500hrs) and which is not as per contract.  However, the apology was not made by her either.

4. Contract:  I will not recommend them personally, however by mistake you get them booked.  Then, please read the contract carefully and do necessary amendments as per your requirements.  When you go through the contract, you will come to know that the full contract is as per their requirement, it's not in the favor of the customer.

5. I wrote the same review in the month of January 2023 and for that my brother was contacted by Mrs. Vigya and she requested that such a review leave a bad impression on the business.  After a request from my brother, I removed my review, however I am writing this because when I tried to contact Mrs. Vigya for the same, she answered me that she will only deal with my brother's wife as she booked her for the photography and after that she disconnected my call.  And when I tried to reach on WhatsApp, she blocked me on that too.

6. Breach of contract: As per their contract, all photos and videos were supposed to be given to us by 6-8 weeks from the completion of function.  But till date (21/03/2023), we are supposed to get a final collection of photos and videos from them.

7. Charges: I think they are a bit much higher from other professional photographers available in this business.  As they charge 150K for the function and much higher some time depending upon your request.

8. Now, its upto you for booking them at your own risk.

I personally never cared about all the show-sha of weddings and the drama that ensues and wanted a very simple wedding and was looking for professionals who would capture the simplicity and elegance and the essence of relationships at my wedding.
And I found Wedding Editorial.
They met me and I briefed them about the basic simple video that I was looking for. Voila! They turned out to be godsend! I could not have asked for a more professional and well behaved team of videographers and photographers who catered to the requirements of their client to the best of their abilities!
We got married in the midst of Covid-19 with a restricted (thankfully!) guest list of 25 persons (including me and my groom). And our traditional marriage lasted for a mere 20 minutes including all ceremonies.
And the video highlights and the marriage video as well as the photographs were pure gold.
I could not have asked for a better team. I met them only once. But my brother was the one who coordinated with them and ate their brains for the days up-to and after my marriage. And they were accommodating and patient with him also! (A separate thanks for that.)
It's been more than three months since my marriage and I still have friends who ask me to share the insta-link to the highlights because they felt it captured the real me and my relationship with my husband in its real form. :)

Wedding editorial, you made my special day really special and wonderful. We were all happy with the efforts that you guys have put in whether pre wed photoshoot ,teasers and photographs. Moreover your punctuality and happy go lucky nature has helped me lessen my stress while getting myself clicked.
