Vivafit are cheats. I paid INR 7000 in Feb for three month membership. Post lockdown on 24th March, I requested them to freeze my membership on our Whatsapp group. They werent happy and hence blocked all members from posting anything on Group. Now one month back, they call and say that they have shifted location and tell me that if I want I can come to their new center but they wont give me any refund. Lockdown has been hard on everyone. Please have some decency!
