I think they don’t have an idea what a Thick Shake should taste like. The shake was watered down. Had ordered Butterscotch Shake with extra nuts, unfortunately the nuts were hardly present. Fries were soggy and tasteless. Ice tea tasted so synthetic, could not even finish the entire thing. Can be totally avoided.
