Ordered the Miso Paitan Kit in both the Chicken and Pork Cha Shu options.

Honestly everything is great but the star of the show is the broth, and the broth/noodle ratio is on point. Best Ramen I've had in NCR for sure!

PS - Also have to commend the packaging.

Eating Ramen never ceases to be some of my best food moments – now with the discovery of The Ramen Project, it's not just about eating the ramen anymore – it's the preparation, the presentation and much more that makes you appreciate this dish all the more!
Every part of this DIY Ramen dish brings japanese cuisine closer to home each time!

Had an amazing experience ordering from The Ramen Project. The entire process from placing the order, delivery and cooking of the meal was absolutely seamless! The packaging of the food is perfectly done labelled to ensure there is no leakage or confusion while assembling. The instructions are super straight forward and whipping this bowl up was one of the quickest dinners I’ve ever made!

As for the food - I don’t think I’ve had such authentic ramen in a long time and that too delivered at home! Tried both the Miso and Shoyu broths and they weren’t both amazing and packed with flavour, whether subtle (miso) or spicy (shoyu). The highlight however was the pork Cha Shu, it melted in your mouth and was absolutely perfect!
Will definitely be ordering again!
