Motivational and supportive trainers, specially rohit sir. I'll share a small story.
My ankle got sprained about an year ago, i got it treated but i have had pain since then. Only 3-4 sessions with rohit sir and the pain disappeared like it was never there.
Coming back to gym, great ambiance, more than enough workout space, lovely sound systems, separate studio space for cardio, atlast steam baths are perfect ending to a weekend workout.

I enrolled with my membership 6 months back and went for 2 days when i met with an unfortunate accident and had to opt for a surgery. After a week I called Rohit and told him about the incident and if I can resume the membership once I am good for physical activity and he assured me that he'll do so. Cut to 6 months later I call him and follow up for at-least a month after which he tells he that to redeem the membership I'll have to pay for another one and he will see if he can accommodate a few days from the previous one here and says since there is no proof of conversation He cannot help. I'm okay with losing money but you have to be clear about it since the beginning. Not just that He gave me the membership for 3 months for the same price which he gave my other friends for 4-5 months. Its like they just need the money and after which the person can go to hell and they won't care a dime about the customer service.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WILL NOT RECOMMEND !!

If planning to join a gym in sector 31 gym club has to be the place.
The trainers are highly professional with no hesitation to go an extra mile to provide guidance throughout the workout.
Special shoutout to Rohit Sir ( certified physio therapist) who assisted me during my back pain.
