I have been living in Sushant estate for past 3.5 years. Society had had some administrative/legal issues (Thanks to ansals) in the past but seems to be improving with the new administration in place. It's community centre has also improved with time. It's not too big but has enough amenities to have a good time. Following are some of its pros and cons:

PROS:
1. Has single units for table tennis, badminton (both free)
2. Has atleast one unit of chess and carrom (all free)
3. A small TV in library which is equipped with varities of books, papers and magazines (all free).
4. Single unit of swimming pool and gym (both paid)
5. Has multiple rooms which can be used by residents for their functions
6. Free yoga classes are also held in the morning

CONS:
1. The washrooms can be better.

All in all, it good, especially for elder people. My dad and his gang love spending time there.

Community Center is a vibrant place to visit and enjoy every day ...all residents are welcomed to a well stocked library, facilities for badminton, table tennis, carrom, chess, TV, ...T, coffee and company during 11am-2 pm and 6-8.30 pm all days....Big lawn and beautiful building are very pleasant..

This place is maintained very well. Neat and clean and had catering tie-ups
