Worst hotel in the world. First of all this is a fake hotel, there is no hotel with name sukhrali residency, in real it is palam residency which is a girls pg you can see in images i have added. They dont have ac, no tv, no towels, no bedsheets, no reception, no attendants, no telephone, no drinking water, no room service. When i reached there i found a totally spoiled guy who may be the owner of that building in which he had contributed nothing to earn it. He directly told me not to come to the hotel even though i had already paid, he told me to look for some other hotel and still if i wish to checkin then i myself will be responsible for the problems i face, he directly told me to go to any of the rooms out of 501 502 which was on fifth floor without any lift , both rooms were dirty ant no one cared, he told me this is what it is. I know there are these kind of people around the world who do scams but what more diappointed me is oyo, seriously oyo, are these your standards, i also complained to them they told me to drop a complain mail, till then you will allow these people to keep doing scams with your customers? Great. They dont care for their image as they are already spoiled brats but why are you guys ruining your image by sending your customers to fake place, last night was the most horrible night which i have gone through, totally disappointed with oyo on this.
