I stumbled upon Soup Uncle little tuck shop when I was ambling around at Sector 14 Huda Market and looking to drive away with my car parked on the side lane. His is just opposite Shop No. 1 on the back side lane of Om Sweets and Gulab in the Sector 14 market

His is an example of Delhi's qualitative street food kept alive by these little innovations which makes them different. He works till almost three on his masala and secret ingredients which goes into making his Maggi, Pasta and of course his soups for which he already has a regular Fan following. He has different Maggi options but for the brave, the Masala Maggi - yum! His pastas are just a treat to watch being made and you can keep trying the Tamatar, Chana and Soya soups. I loved the Tamatar which warms the soul on a dank wintry evening threatening to awaken you for more out of life

Delicious and tasty, you will ask for more which he is ever willing. Eat there or take it away (for those finicky about the cutlery or eating in the solitude of one's home), either which ways the overall cleanliness and quality will make you want to go back which is what I did. This time taking my wife to have a bowl. She was impressed and ended up packing for home too!

Price wise, you can get the entire family to have a meal and end up with change jingling in the pocket
