Was driven to this restaurant by a school friend and buddy who loves the food here. He tells me that he orders food quite regularly from Solana’s and also dine’s in here. I can vouch for the great hospitality provided by the owner chef who is a great chef of pan Asian delicacies. We loved evrything from the khao Sui to the delicious dimsums on offer.
Very economical and delicious for all those pan Asian food fanatics. A must try . Hidden gem I must say.

.
Items we ordered:-
.
1. Dimsum Fusion includes:-

* Cantonese vegetable dim sum - The word dim sum is Cantonese and refers to small bite-sized dishes that are served in bamboo steamer baskets or on small plates. The Chinese meaning of dim sum is commonly translated to “touch the heart”. These small portions of food can be savory or sweet and prepared steamed, baked, or fried.

* Corn cheese spinach dim sum - Spinach Corn & Cheese Momo Recipe is a lovely momo recipe with a twist. A continental filling of healthy spinach and corn is combined with cheese which makes these momos lip-smackingly good. Serve it for a party to make a delicious appetizer

* Vegetable sui mai - Shumai is also a kind of dumpling that is open at the top and doesn’t look anything less than delicious. It can simply make your mouth water just by looking at it. While the original dish contains some kind of meat, a vegetarian one contains tofu to replace meat. It tastes equally delicious and is also full of nutrition

* Thai vegetable dim sum - For a vegetarian savory treat, try these delicious Thai steamed dumplings made with a shiitake mushroom and tofu filling. It's hard to believe these dumplings are vegetarian, they taste so much like the pork dumplings you might have from a Chinese dim sum restaurant.

* Classic chicken dumpling - This is one of our all-time favorite recipes, and for good reason: It’s a modern take on the comforting classic, chicken, and dumplings. Browning the chicken first gives the dish its flavor and eliminates the need for chicken broth. Here’s how it works: You’ll season the chicken and brown it in batches, then transfer it to a plate. Then, you’ll add your veggies to the pot with the chicken drippings, which will give them all sorts of delicious flavors. And let’s not forget the dumplings.

* Chicken Siu mai - Shumai or Siu Mai is a famous Chinese snack that has now become famous all over the world. For those of you who are not familiar, this dish is basically an open dim sum served at many Chinese restaurants. It is made with various different kinds of filling and is garnished with different fish roes

* Shanghai chicken dim sum - Shanghai-style Dim Sum (not traditional Cantonese which most of us are used to) - For example, their Bao - are not the traditional steamed or baked bun filled with meat - instead these have meat filling and hot broth in a thin steamed dough shell

* Spicy chicken thai dim sum - Dim sum is a traditional Chinese meal made up of small plates of dumplings and other snack dishes and is usually accompanied by tea. Similar to the way that the Spanish eat tapas, the dishes are shared among family and friends

* Prawn yellow curry dim sum - Tell me Dumpling good

2. Starters
* Drums of heaven - Drums of Heaven are basically Chicken Lollipops tossed in a sweet, spicy sauce. The key to an amazing recipe is in the sauce which has to have the right balance of sweet and spicy! ... Drums of Heaven is really an extension of Chicken Lollipops. And I love them just as much

* Chilli garlic basil fish -
Fusion cuisine is one that combines elements of different culinary traditions. Cuisines of this type are not categorized according to any one particular cuisine style and have played a part in a number of innovations.
Fusion food is a general term for the combination of various forms of cookery and comes in several forms

* Popiah Thord ( Thai vegetable cigar roll) -
3. Sizzlers
* Roasted lamb chili bean sauce -
* Chicken Szechuan with Bamboo shoot -

I visited this place couple of days ago with my friend for lunch. The place is located on main road and at a time it can accommodate 25-30 people at a time. I got to know that earlier they were serving in Hong Kong market and they recently shifted to this new location. The staff was polite and services of the place were quick. We enjoyed a number of things:
We had Burmese Khow Suey which was a thai curry based noodles with chicken pieces and peanuts. It was so droolworthy!
.
We enjoyed several types of momos including Spicy chicken thai dimsum, Shanghai chicken dimsum, Corn spinach cheese dimsums and some others. The covering of dimsums was thin and they had juicy fillings inside of them.
.
We also enjoyed their Irani chicken which was very tender, fresh and amazing. Lastly we had chili chicken, chicken hakka noodles and thai spring rolls which were absolutely delicious in taste!
