Rooms are great. Jacuzzi works like a charm.
Food menu is very limited. A lot of sections on the menu were unavailable.
Check-in check-out were smooth and quick.

I dont like this rooms very much, its a Japanese fav. hotel. They have 2 types of packages for Indians and Japanese.
alot of issues with the aminities in the room, most of the things not working, even phone as well .serivce if called after evening not get properly.

I visited the hotel for a seminar on 14 15 and 16 of April . it was the worst of experience ever . the rooms were not cleaned. The toilets lacked sanitation. No toiletries were provided. We had to take outside food as the quality of food provided was very poor. The staff of the hotel is uneducated and arrogant, specially the lady at the reception. Staying here was like staying at a hotel as shown in Ramsay brothers movie .
Not recommended at all.
Stay away.
